- Discovery Session: We need to understand the objective, the goal, our parameters to operate within and the scope of work.
- Exploration Feedback: We need to explore the workflows that are being automated and look for efficiencies and blockers. AI can do a lot, but it can’t do everything. This is crucial to know what we need to factor into the solution.
- Solution Presentation: Once the exploration is complete, we can put together the solution we recommend for the problem we are trying to solve. In most case,s this is a moment of truth where businesses see how inefficient some of their operations really are and how much better they could be.
- Application of Solution: Together we roll out the new solution into the workforce and gather initial feedback. We need to track this for a period of time to understand if employees and clients alike are following the new process. In most cases, we need 3-6 weeks to fully embed the new solution into an organisation.

- Next Steps: We often see value in helping clients build out features post production release as they hear from customers about things that would help them use the software. We are able to continue supporting the development with notice.
